Créer une carte utilisant un Sketch

Bonjour et bienvenue Blog Hop de New at SU du mois d’octobre 2023. Nous sommes un groupe de démonstratrices Stampin’ Up du monde entier qui vous apportent de l’inspiration chaque mois. Chaque mois, nous sommes mis au défi avec un thème et le thème de ce mois-ci est la création à partir d’un croquis.

Hello and Welcome to this month’s New at SU blog hop. We are a group of Stampin’ Up demonstrators from around the globe bringing you inspiration every month. Each month we are challenged with a theme and this month’s theme is creating from a sketch.

Cela a été un peu un défi pour moi jusqu’à ce que je réalise que tout ce que nous avons a faire est de seulement à être inspiré par un croquis. Il n’est pas nécessaire que ce soit exactement comme le croquis.

This has been a bit of a challenge for me until I realized that all we only have to be inspired by a sketch. It doesn’t have to be exactly as the sketch.

Bien sûr, j’adore copier les beaux projets du catalogue, alors j’ai choisi la boîte à la page 42, mais je vais créer une carte et non la boîte.

Of course, I love copying the beautiful projects from the catalogue so I chose the box on page 42, but I will be creating a card and not the box.

Voici le croquis Voici ma carte

J’ai coloré les feuilles de la même manière. Comme c’est l’automne, les feuilles sont maintenant jaune d’or avec un peu de rouge et très peu de vert à gauche. Le papier design de cette collection est magnifique. J’ai encré le plioir à gaufrage avec de l’encre Ocre Roussillon et un carton coupé  4-1/4 x 5-1/4 morceau  du même couleur.

I coloured the leaves the same way. With it being autumn, the leaves are now golden yellow with some red and very little green left. The DSP is magnificent. I inked the embossing folder with Cajun Craze ink and embossed a 4 -1/4 x 5-1/4 piece of Cajun Craze cardstock; glued everything to the same side.

 Si vous vous demandez comme je l’ai fait, comment obtenir les fils effilochés, eh bien, il m’a fallu un moment pour le comprendre, mais c’est vraiment simple. J’ai coupé la couture cousue et j’ai juste tiré le fil, plié le tas de fils effilochés et collé le tout ensemble avec des points de colle et collé un morceau aux deux extrémités du point focal. J’espère que cela vous a donné une idée sur la façon de prendre un croquis et de le faire vôtre.      

If you are wondering as I did, how to get the frayed threads, well it took me a beat to figure it out but is really simple. I cut le stitched seam and just pulled the thread, folded the bunch of frayed threads and stuck it all together with glue dots and stuck a piece at both ends of the focal point. I hope this has given you an idea on how to take a sketch and make it your own.

I have been asked to show more of the card so here you go. Here is a quick video showing how I frayed the ribbon from the natural Ribbon combo pack

L’image ci-bas à gauche est un aperçu très prês et on voit un peu le Ruban effiloché comme j’ai fait dans la vidéo.

The image below on the left we can see the detail of the leaves and the frayed ribbon. (see videon on how to)

L’image à droite, on vois le gaufrage du carton ocre roussillon. J’ai encré le plioir avant d’embosser.

The image on the right is a close-up of the embossed Cajun Craze cardstock. I inked up the embossing folder which gives a beautiful two tone look.
