Chaque mois, nous sommes mis au défi avec un thème et le thème de ce mois-ci est de créer des projets avec une collection dans le nouveau catalogue. Si vous n’avez pas encore deviné, ma collection préférée est la collection Beautiful Balloons. J’aime juste, j’aime, j’aime les ballons!
Welcome to this month’s blog hop. We are a group of Stampin’ Up demonstrators from around the globe bringing you inspiration every month. Each month we are challenged with a theme and this month’s theme is creating projects with a collection in the new catalogue. If you haven’t guessed yet my favourite collection is the Beautiful Balloons collection. I just love, love, love balloons.

J’avais besoin d’une carte spéciale pour mon beau-frère, qui fête ses 80 ans cette semaine. Je voulais utiliser les ballons, mais je voulais aussi incorporer le camion du nouveau trucking le long du bundle (disponible dans la boutique en ligne uniquement). Le coup de poing est en rupture de stock jusqu’à la semaine du 16 octobre, mais nous pouvons faire tellement de choses avec juste l’ensemble de timbres. Mon idée était d’avoir un pli amusant avec le camion livrant des ballons à l’extérieur et un pop up à l’intérieur. J’ai fini par découper le camion. Après tout, j’ai le punch, alors pourquoi pas. J’ai trouvé quelques échantillons du pli amusant que j’ai aimé et adapté le modèle à ce que je voulais. J’espère que vous l’aimez. Pour le bling, j’ai utilisé les effets d’émail d’or cachés à la page 137 du catalogue annuel.
I needed a special card for my brother in-law, who is turning 80 this week. I wanted to use the balloons, but I also wanted to incorporate the truck from the new Trucking along bundle (available in the online store only). The punch is out of stock until the week of October 16th, but we can do so much with just the stamp set. My idea was to have a fun fold with the truck delivering balloons on the outside and a pop up on the inside. I did end up cutting out the truck. Afterall, I have the punch so why not. I found some samples of the fun fold I liked and adapted the model to what I wanted. Hope you like it. For the bling I used the gold enamel effects hidden on page 137 of the Annual Catalogue.
La création de la boîte était un peu délicate. C’est une bonne chose que j’ai beaucoup de vieux DSP avec qui pratiquer.
Creating the box was a little tricky. It is a good thing I have lots of old DSP to practice with.
I also hid the name on the box. J’ai aussi caché le nom sur ma boîte.
J’ai l’intention de faire un cours WOW spécial à l’automne pour celui-ci.
I intend to do a special WOW class in the fall for this one.
